Among the innovations on display is the enhanced flexibility of Lantek Expert, allowing seamless movement of part nests across different machines to adapt to dynamic production requirements without manual adjustments. Introducing Assembly to Nesting software, Lantek enables customers to import entire 3D model assemblies, efficiently sorting, unfolding, nesting, and cutting components without the need for a separate CAD system.
For tube and pipe applications, Lantek Flex3D has undergone significant improvements, reducing execution times. The software employs hole destruction technology to prevent collisions and aims for zero waste with micro joints connecting parts, maximizing the use of tube material.
Lantek’s Machine Connectivity facilitates direct connections to diverse machines, automatically collecting machine data. This information is then fed into the Lantek Control Panel app, offering a cloud-based interface for real-time monitoring of cutting machine states. Accessible on tablets or mobile devices, the app provides managers with a comprehensive overview of the production process, displaying utilization rates and issuing warnings for prompt corrective action.

Throughout production, Lantek Integra products, including Lantek MES and Lantek WOS, monitor stock levels, material availability, capacity, delivery times, and costs against targets.
