Lantek Expert Quattro is a module used for an easy creation and nesting of rectangular and square parts which are cut on a non CNC managed shear machine.
The result is a workshop report showing the obtained nesting with auxiliary data, displaying helpful information for the operators working on the shear machines.
This module also includes square and rectangular parts’ importer through a defined text file.
Maximum shearing length control allows to configure the nesting system not to generate any cuts longer than the configured maximum shear length.
